Lauren has worked in the world of beauty for over twenty years. While completing her B.A. in Political Science and Sociology, she worked at the local makeup counters as a makeup artist. From there, she discovered her passion of building self-confidence in women and the beauty her artistic hands could create. After college, she became a Licensed Aesthetician and Massage Therapist in addition to her work as a highly sought Makeup Artist specializing in airbrush and bridal work. After earning her license as a Registered Nurse, she can now further her efforts to bring out a client’s best self by combining her artistic eye with cosmetic procedures including injectables, lasers, and RF microneedling in all the right places. Lauren is passionate about her clients – she wants them to feel educated, pampered, and as though they are putting their absolute best face forward (with a little bit of her help).

Lauren grew up in a small historic town in West Virginia and she enjoys visiting and letting the country rounds take her home.  She played volleyball through college and also found her love of makeup, skin care, self care, and all things beauty.  She moved to Hampton Roads in 2014, imported by her husband, after having lived in the Outer Banks for several years. When not working, she loves spending time with her husband, especially snuggling up and listening to his boisterous commentary as they watch chick flick reality tv shows. She also enjoys doing various beauty rituals from full body scrubs to to craniosacral release to sitting goggles-on under a led blue light, you name it, she will try it. And if you’re around, she is going to want to pamper you too with whatever she’s got up her sleeve. Together they have three children and love family bike rides, trips to the oceanfront, playing sports and loud music, and galvanting with their 103 lb. Cane Corso Fang (named after Hagrid’s dog from Harry Potter of course).
